Nearly a Decade of Institutional Service Delivery
Established on 1 October 2016, Risk Mitigators has developed a strong operating presence through a combination of centralized tele-calling, layered supervision and extensive field execution. We support financial institutions with debt collection, overdue EMI follow-up, payment collection, vehicle repossession assistance and secured-asset possession support.
Over the years, Risk Mitigators has worked with more than 20 banks and NBFCs and built a proven record of managing outsourced collection assignments. Today, our 90-member team comprises 35 in-house professionals—including callers, team leaders, supervisors and floor managers—and 55 field executives deployed across Delhi NCR.
